1) How much has your CCG spent on breast implant removal in the last five years?
From 01/04/2013 to 30/11/2016 £76,841.73 was spent on breast implant removal, and a further £122,221.75 on breast implant renewal which includes an element for removal.
2) Of that amount, how much was spent on removing PIP implants?
There is no data available to the CCG which specifies the make of implant used
3) How much has your CCG spent on breast implant surgery in the past five years?
From 01/04/2013 to 30/11/2016 £574,017.27 was spent on breast implant surgery.
4) Of that, how many were for psychological reasons and NOT post mastectomy/cancer or severe chest trauma? Is it possible to break down why the surgery was carried out on the NHS?
From 01/04/2013 to 30/11/2016 £28,863.04 was spent on breast implant surgery for cosmetic reasons.
