There’s a range of advice and information, available at the click of a button, to help prevent and manage some of the most common aches and pains. Taking Care of Aches and Pains is the latest addition to the CCG’s Staying Well series at www.stockportccg.nhs.uk/your-health/staying-well. Learn more about the possible causes of things like headaches, chest, neck and joint pains. You’ll find top tips on how to treat them and where to get help if the symptoms don’t improve. Knowing what to do, and when, can help prevent minor problems becoming serious.

Local pharmacies are also a great place to get help and advice. As qualified healthcare professionals, pharmacists can offer free advice and provide you with the over-the-counter medicines you might need.
