In Stockport there are services on offer which can help you make a lifestyle change whether that means stopping smoking, losing some weight, eating more healthily, getting more active, cutting down on alcohol or a bit of everything!
From 1st October 2016 you can access services and support by contacting the START (Stockport Triage, Assessment and Referral Team). To contact START you can either:

- Call START on 0161 474 3141
- Email START at START@Stockport.gov.uk with your name, date of birth and contact details
Alternatively you could speak to your GP, pharmacist, or another healthcare professional and ask them to make a referral on your behalf.
